Founder

Wesley Raines

Wesley Raines is the founder of Metal House Plans and leader behind our mission to create affordable, versatile metal building house plans. Wesley has both an eye for design and the leadership skills it takes to run a company. He strives daily to grow Metal House Plans to meet the needs of our customers and create new jobs for our community. 

Wesley and his wife, Forrest, live in Ecru with their son, Owen Timber.

Creative Director

Scott Emison

Scott Emison serves as the Creative Director for Metal House Plans and provides design oversight, client, and project team management. Scott has extensive experience leading commercial and large-scale-custom residential projects having previously worked as an economic development consultant for municipalities across the Southeast U.S., as well as in multiple leadership roles in an architecture firm. His 15+ years of experience in architecture and planning have given Scott a unique ability to listen to a client’s needs, communicate design intent, and deliver a creative, responsive project.

Scott lives in Pontotoc, MS with his wife, Mallory, and their three children: Reed, Miles, and Willow.

Senior Draftsman

Kathryn Rakestraw

Kathryn Rakestraw is the Senior Draftsman providing detailing and drafting management for Metal House Plan’s projects. Kathryn has 30+ years of drafting experience having worked in several architecture firms providing detailing assistance on residential, small and large-scale commercial projects. Her excelled skill set in drawing and efficiency in production benefits our clients by keeping projects organized, detailed, and on schedule.

Kathryn was born and raised in Union County, MS where she currently resides.

Rendering Specialist

Mary Oufan

Mary Oufan serves as a Project Director for Metal House Plans overseeing the production of design, drafting, and rendering of projects. Her architecture experience gives her a skilled, trained approach for offering creative design and rendering techniques to every MHP project. She has a diverse portfolio of work that includes international projects.

Mary lives in Lebanon with her husband, Rami, and baby Mikayla.
